Returns & Exchanges
At LAAGAM, we want you to love your pieces, but if they aren't the perfect fit, you have 14 days from the delivery date to return or exchange your items. All garments must be unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached to be eligible for a refund.
Start Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging or a secure box, ensuring all original labels and tags are included inside.
Ship the Items
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
